Osmanabad District is surrounded by communities such as Pardhi, so due to criminals belonging to Pardhi Community, District is always suffering from criminal activities such as Highway Dacoity, Robbery,House Breaking,Theft. Police stations staff is always busy in Law and Order and other Daily working so they have very less time for property crime detection. In this View under the direction of CID crime Anti Dacoity Squad was formed in this District.

Working :-

The working of Anti Dacoity Squad is to prevent Property Crimes, to detect property Crime , to nab the Absconders and Wanted Criminals in Osmanabad District. Anti Dacoity Squad of Osmanabad District is one of the best crime detection team of Maharashtra, This Squad made very appreciable Crime detection.
